Yes and no. There are not enough gained through the normal levelling process, unlike the vanilla game. However.... There are multiple ways of earning unlock points beyond what you earn through levelling up. There are research reports that you can create, data pads that you can hand in, hacking mini games that you can do that will give you points. Believe it or not there is actually a section in the PDA entitled Unlock Points which gives just this sort of information!

(And if you look for Empyrion Buddy on line there's even a version of the PDA on there as well. Revian has even been kind enough to put a link to EB in the game PDA!)

I've never run out in 1,000's of hours.

I bookmarked that page theres a whole lot of info there. Man getting those skill points like that gives you enough reason to go do all those things to get the points you need. Really well designed I think
