I believe there is something wrong with the mod. I was playing with spain and suddenly productivity of all building turn to 0 with full employed and cash reserves to max. After that I downsize all my economy and continued with 0 productivity for most of the buildings. No matter what I do it stays to 0 production and full employed to certain goods ( basic ones included)
