In the beginning of game, there are too few people in Washington, where the government and the white house are not fully employed. Without immediate manually intervene(downgrade the government building by 1 stage), employees in the central bank will be transferred to the pentagon, then the whole country will suffer from money shortage because there are not enough people hired by the bank, then the economy collapse instantly in 1836. I do not think this can be avoided by an AI playing America.
