i tried a lot of mods and it should work correctly with: Enhanced blood (blood on walls) and darker blood. Also works with expanded gore mod, and better gore mod (or something) yeah it also works with better blood fx mod but it has some bugs. (i forgot to mention decals on humans mod, it works!)
