Scattergun, Pistol?
Maybe you could make a scattergun that only has 1 ammo at a time but has a .5 second reload, has a total of 2 ammo and can be charged! (like the cow mangler 5000, but stronger and takes longer to charge) or a Pistol that's a laser that needs to be recharged after used
