My game crashed whenever i entering the area, and this also happened with the rosewood checkpoint.
The thing is, it only happened when i entered the area for the first time, after that, it never crashed again, until i start a new playthrough.

vaknopp, disable all mods except mine, start a new save, if there are no crashes, the problem is in another mod, you need to find out which mod is causing such a failure. You are playing the 41-build version?

vaknopp, so far, it looks like a loot spawn error caused by another mod, and if we find which mod is causing this error, we'll need a list of all the mods you're using.
