im not sure if it was intentional, but in order for the civs to be playable in fortress mode, you need to include the tag "[SITE_CONTROLLABLE]" otherwise jst with main pop controllable you can only use them in adventure mode

@parkendor That's intentional. They aren't meant to be playable in fort mode.

This mod is currently unplayable due to duplicate animal people templates as the current version added additional error checks

Correction, a lot more mods became incompatible with this, not the mod by itself
