how do you even get stuff out

I figured it out, it just deletes it if it isnt the normal human body. as to that, you have to have another human grab it, then activate the Realm and they'll both be in there, then make sure he's still holding the realm and hit the other person with the prison realm, doesnt work if they have infinity or if they cant be touched
