Just a question, why would it set people on fire?

No stats; just have infinite charges but charges do more damage when the shield is fully charged. Like the sniper rifle, you can charge a shot to do max damage or do little bits of damage by shooting while not scoped in. this makes the dem better at mobility, but the shield will not do full damage unless it is fully charged

-10% damage from all sources when sheild is fully regenerated
+5 charge buildup
"Being advanced technology after you charge the sheild will need to regenerate."

These are much better stats in my opinon, because you can set enemies on fire its only fair that you must wait longer before charging again.

I completely agree. I think that a shield would be good if it set them on fire, but not that easily. I also think it should be like the splendid screen, in that a charge does damage.

i agree with stats except fire maybe make charge impact deal less dmg insted of hp decrease?

So...
+Set Enemies on fire for 5 Seconds(3 is too little) When hit on Charging.
+5% Charge Regen
-10% Damage from all sources when shield is fully regenerated.
"Using Advanced Technology after you charge, the shield will need to regenerate"

If its added, The Set enemies on fire thing would have at 85% Chance of staying, but the other stats might be changed by Valve.

i think the stats can be based on medic mvm shield
considering that mvm shield has the same look with the shield.

suggestion :
+5 Charge Regen
-10% Fire Resistance
+5% Damage on Charge Impact

But then it'd be underpowered. Since it's taking up the whole secondary slot, it may as well be a standalone sticky jumper. (I wonder if this could work on maps with pits???) I personally like the other one better, although 85% is a good idea, too.
