(+) Shield blocks 100 damage before dissipating
(+) Resistance regenates over a minute
(–) –75 health on wearer

275 (or 250 with eyelander) HP demos. Ouch. With 4 heads on Eyelander, 210 plus the speed is pretty tough to kill. I like the concept, but it's a little OP.
