Having the same problem other users reported. Save gets longer until it freezes. I also have gigastructures and other mods running.

I'm having the same saving bug. Digging around through the save there's a delayed event called loki_runes.00 which seems to be in some sort of loop state where it's firing repeatedly. This rapidly bloats the save file save and is what leads to the game locking up. After a 30 year game it had 154,000 instances and bloated the game file to 8 times the save of a save that was 120 years longer.

Good catch! That event is supposed to loop to look for specific things before it hits, but should only fire 90 times at most in a 30 year span. Apparently I forgot the causing it to fire every tick for every country instead of every 120-240 days for only specific countries that pick the Loki Tradition tree. I'll get that fix pushed out asap.

No the next god add in update will still probable be on the 15th, however I am pushing out one now with the fix.

Bugs been squashed, should be going able to run well again and with Gigastructures, Thanks to Altanius for finding the culprit.
