Due to me attending a dual education system in Germany, including university and work enviroment, my spare time, in order to create and maintain this mod, is limited.

Therefore, it seems for the greater good of this mod project, that I could really use one or more Co-Developers, who assists me in creating and maintaining this mod. In the following, you get an overview of the requirements for any "applicant", who has interest in this position and its tasks. Applicants who can show preferred traits get a better chance. You also get the chance to assist me in the development of other mods for Hearts of Iron IV, or even other Paradox games.

In order to "apply" yourself, just add me as friend and contact me asap. Keep in mind, everything you do and write will be relevant for your evaluation.

Q: Do Co-Developers get treats for their work?
A: Co-Developers will help keeping my mods alive and serve the potential for a variety of new mods in the future. Co-Devs will appear as coworkers on every of my mods workshop page, whereever they actually help me work on. If Co-Devs show a lot of passion and proove themselves, they can, of course, also expect gifts of some sort.

Q: Not 18 yet, but I really want to support your cause and think I'm skilled for this job
A: If you are not 18 yet, but fulfill every other requirement and even have the preferred traits, then there should be no problem.

Q: What if I become Co-Developer but something happens, where I do not have the time to assist, or even just no fun in it, anymore?
A: If that is the case, then it is how it is. If you noticable helped me in any way until that point, you will be honored in every mod description of any mod you've worked on. Only active Co-Devs will stay in the official coworker overview of my workshop items.
