Is there a way to change weapon scaling or damage?

I'm using the SHPC and its just so op that the game isn't fun anymore. Is there at least a way to change my SHPC back to pre skeletron damage, or change the values in any way?

It's been nerfed and should be more appropriate, but the SHPC is still not a finished legendary weapon
