Is the mod compatible with Calamity and fargos Souls dlc mod

Does this work with the calamity infernum difficulty Mod and the calamity + fargos Souls dlc? (The one that let's base Calamity and fargos work and scale together)

I think it's possible, but if you want to experience the Boss AI modifications from other mods, it's best to disable the "Biological Overhaul" option in COMod's mod configuration first to avoid potential Boss AI conflicts.
