No big deal. The reason I suspected it was the Catalyst Mod is that I noticed the misrendered texture on the blade is part of the background texture from Catalyst. By the way, what weapon are you using in your image? I couldn't reproduce this issue.

this bug occurs on some other swords that don't have any special animation (there aren't many of them, and often it's up to the hardmode).

Oh, based on the video, the sword-swinging animation isn't made by COMod but by another mod that optimizes melee animations, so this issue is probably unrelated to COMod.
