Absolutely all turrets are broken
Absolutely all the turrets that are created after studying the encrypted scheme are simply broken and do not work. Nowhere in the wiki does it say that they need to be charged to make them work, but at the same time they require this very charging through a "Charging station". After charging, he writes that it is charged, and when trying to install it, he writes that "the battery is low" and the turret is completely deactivated. After that, it can be replaced at the charging station, and it will charge from scratch. And you can do it endlessly. In addition, if you break the charging station during charging, then with some probability the turret will completely disappear into the void.

You can create power conduits to charge these turrets and transfer electricity, so you also need to craft a generator. The wiki indeed still lacks many pages for detailed explanations.
As for the issue where the turret displays as fully charged but fails to transition power correctly after placement, my tests show it working fine. It might be that you haven't charged it enough, or it could be an issue in multiplayer mode. I may need to conduct unit testing in multiplayer to check for potential problems.

Thanks a lot for the reply, I appreciate it. I couldn't figure out what a "power conduit" and a "generator" are... But I figured out the problem a little more. For some reason, my "charging station" does not want to charge the turret. Specifically, my problem is that the charging station sees that the turret can only be charged with 20UE out of 1000 available, and I can't charge more than 20UE. Sometimes an error occurs is a display bug and the turret is somehow charged at 40 UE, and in this case, although the turret is working, it is quickly discharged. Just in case, I'll clarify that initially I did everything online, but now I'm playing alone on the same server. I also have 36 mods installed, counting all Calamity. I hope it will be possible to sort out the problem. Thanks again for the reply! If you need any additional information or video recording, just let me know!

I made a fix in version v0.6.0.6.9. You can check again to see if the issue is resolved.

I have a guess, maybe it's because you're making a single item that affects the charge cap, because I incorrectly set the item cap for a single turret to 20 as the default. This limit can be increased if you stack several turrets on top of each other. I will run unit tests to confirm this problem, and if it is true, I will release a hot update to fix it in the evening. Best, again I suggest you make energy pipes for the turret to function.
