Faction commands not working on DS

Hey,
I just installed this mod to remove empty factions from the factions list. Sadly I've noticed that this doesn't work. In the chat it says that the faction has been removed but when I check on the list it's still there. Reloging doesn't change that.
When I load up a singleplayer world everything works as intended.
