Prevviously, %USER_NAME% was only supported in the message body.
I have now added support to the header for %USER_NAME%.

Restart messages are difficult. We do not have a dialog for entering large amount of text. The game does not have support for multi line dialog.

The title text but you can not edit, it must be "Message of the Day"? Would be great if you could change this synonymous.
