Saving and loading game after some time spent, makes gamemode go crazy

When I saved my progress and load it, the settings for mode gone replaced mostly by default settings. I got a lot of money (like 3k krowns and more), my units went vulnerable and targetable, territories were able to colonize and when done, enemies that spawned there were focusing gates first. Also i got freedom to choose lore's bonuses, tile with town hall were reveal again(duo to lore reset i quess). The end was when my last building burnt (72 minutes on stone diffiuclties, easy clap). Original amount of villagers turn to be invincible and targetable

Let's say, that gamemode was meant to be played whole time without saving and loading.
