Everything is spawning SO FAR away, and it's never there when I get there.
4-6km away, takes an eternity to get to, and then it's not there, even when I'm taking a straight line directly to where it showed up. When I watch him play it, things always spawn like 1k away from him. And why aren't the scrap locations automatically loaded into the GPS?

quick question where would this be found i cant seem to find it
aslo to add on as you seem to know alot about the pack signals seem to only show for a second is that something i can change

It is in the save folder of the scenario on your drive.
Folder is: C:\Users\YOUR_USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\SpaceEngineers\Saves\76561198216984719\Scrapyard Scenario New\Storage\1521905890.sbm_ModularEncountersSystems

About the duration of the signals: there might be a setting for that, but I do not know where it is. In that file there are several timer related settings, you might play with them, see what happens. Make sure to create a backup, in case you mess smth up.
