How do I turn on the water?

Step one: Enter the warehouse.

Step B: Turn on the power so you can see.

Step 3: Go down the main elevator shaft and locate the small round decal on the wall, across from the hatch.

Step delta: noclip through the small round decal.

Step cinq: press the button labeled toggle water.

The water is now on. Woo hoo!
