Simply press the green subscribe button on this addons main page, then start up your arry's Mod, let the addon download there (download progress shown at the bottom of the game) then play singleplayer, hold q, NPC's or Entities, Five Nights at Freddy's Category, and spawn em! Please note the NPC's only work in certain maps, read the image on the main page of this addon to figure that out.

You forgot to say " If the running ones don't work, go to consle ' ~ ' and type nav_generate.
