I think Mangle would be a roof spawning person and when you get under it, it kills you.

i think mangle should crawl around in a movement similar to SCP-939 from SCP-Containment breach, and instead of a regular walk-int-you-and-kill-you, it jumps at you like a fast zombie to kill you. and a roof version that jumps ion you when you go under it. Toy freddy should be like fnaf 1 anamatronics, toy chica should have 2 versions, parts and no parts, no parts is beakless and eyeless, and jumps at you, parts would just chase you like fnaf 1 npcs, toy bonnie should be capable of chasing and teleporting in front of you, in a pose with its eyes wide open and staring at you and its mouth gaping wide. Balloon boy should be one that if not observed long enough, he will either teleport or walk to you, laughing and disabling all nearby lights. The puppet should be a stalker, watching you from a distance, then jumping down on you when you least expect it. all the old/withered charecters should chase you like normal, just a re-skin of the old npcs but with the withered models.

I think the jumpscares should be diffrent for the old/withered npcs too

Maybe you should get a regular roof spawning npc, get the model, replace the roof entity with the mangle, do your editing stuff, (audio etc.) and add the jumpscare.

Ok, so have Mangle hang from the ceiling, crawl spider-like until he's above the player, then drop down for the kill. He'd have a sensor of sorts to know when things are directly below him, and wouldn't drop if the player was on a different floor or something like that. If the player is on a floor above him, he'd follow directly under them as they move around. If he drops and the player outruns him, or there's something blocking him from getting to the next room, he'd need a super jump or a grappling ability so that once he goes down to the floor and crawls around the obstacle, he can then get back to the ceiling.

This would also solve the lack of roof-spawning as he'd start on the ground and get to the ceiling of his own accord.

I don't know where you've been, but we've already declared I can't do roof spawning, that goes for any ceiling movement too.

If can't make mangle crawling....make him like the others but whit no armor and the creepy stuff...but he walks like the old ones

Alrighty everyone, let me clarify a few things.
He currently
Plays looping radio sounds, travels at a moderate speed, and has a death animation.
I cannot
Make him travel via ceiling.

Ok, I thought you only meant he cannot spawn on the ceiling. If ceiling is out of the question entirely...
Maybe just higher jumping, a zig-zag running pattern, and crazy arm waving. That'd give a close enough effect. Yeah, random jumps. Like, while he's chasing you he occasionally gives like a psycho leap to close the distance.

For Freddy, I suggest a walking speed slightly faster than the player. He will attack breakable props that are in his way, which counters his fast movement and gives the player a chance to distract him. That's about all I've got for him.

Golden Freddy sits there, attacks you if you get too close, and every 30 seconds teleports randomly around the map.

maybe add some strange behaviour instead of them just trying to kill you eg: in spawn list there would be normal freddy than i dont know lifelike freddy? just brain storming XD

Ok so I've seen your demos, I don't have advice for from-scratch coding. Do what feels right man.
