if i don't get in the driver set the vehicle doesn't move. it will turn on and go into gear but wont move. so there for vehicles like the LAV 300 wont move at all bc it is required to get into another set to get into the driver set. However sometimes if you put a tow line onto another car it will drive for a secend then lock up again.
