Hi! My own code usually is a mess and game updates happens, so maybe it could have bugs that need some fixing
Would be cool to have a bug report or a suggestions page, but it's a good chunk of extra work that maybe doesn't makes the effort!! Devs are seeing social media (Youtube, Twitter, Discord, etc...) and usually finds stuff that needs suggestions or fixing. This apply to all gamedevs!! That's why for example Nintendo can balance Splatoon or Smash without needing a suggestion/bug report page
It depends of the needed feedback and the way the devs gather it. For example Subnautica has a bug report in-game because it released as an early access with a ton of bugs, but Rain World released as a full game!!
If you want to suggest or do bug reports about the game, be sure to check their Discord or talk in social media
I'm not a dev from the game but for my own experience and things I saw in the past, I could give this explanation, take it with a grain of salt!
