(combo scaling, as the combo goes on with a cap, this is done in most mods i have installed and it works really well, high damage moves with a big risk like slice and dice usually only deal 30% of the total damage once the combo starts even if it is the 2nd hit of the combo, regular moves usually go from 100%> 90%>70%>....50% basically if a move goes above the narrow part of hp it gets a 50-30% damage reduction inmidiately after the combo start, if it doesnt deal that much 100%> 90%>70%>....50%.
Not much tweaking is needed to the moves themshelfs only adding damage scaling to the combos
