Ok. I just logged in for the first time after the last update. The one that introduced Arbor the hippie girl. I had a pre-existing run, but accepted Arbor's first run. It apparently over rode my last run which was fine with me. I completed Arbor's first run, and sided with the Hound. After returning, I went to greely to buy and equip new weapons. I ran back to Arbor and accepted her second mission. Before actually embarking on arbor's second run, I decided to pop into the bar behind Arbor real quick to chat with the NPCs within and see if they had new dialogue. Immediately after the first loading screen completed, I was teleported over to Dr. Sara. Her and a second doctor make comments about not being able to save me, and I die. And since it autosaved on me right before that moment, i'm pretty much screwed.
