Tricks to making it easier...

- at start, go to the left and find the house with dog/cats out front. walk up to pets. Wife runs out, gives you side mission to find her husband.

- Free first POW jail.

- Go to second jail, free POW.

- Behind the jail is the missing husband, talk to him. He will give you weapon bonus. (way stronger)

Checkpoint 1

- Get close enough where they notice you, they will stay "Stand Down...". After 60 seconds they will start chasing you, easier to kill them seperately.

or... get between them and the red barrels. they will blow themselves up.

After checkpoint 1

- walk top left area, look for civilian with Goats. Talk to him, he will give you the map.

- Walk towards checkpoint 2, once a msg says checkpoint ahead, turn back.

- Civilian walks out from building there, talk to him. he will lead you to change your outfit to german solder.

- Walk over to the transport circle, get into transport.

- Transport will take you past checkpoint 2.

- Once you get out of truck, steal Panther. Destroy everything.

- Go back to building to change outfit again and get your POW's.

- Follow american army into base, let them do all the work, find the two officers, kill them.
