unkillable. You cannot take damage or heal it so fast you can't die unless you're one-shoted. Either or both will do

There's a GodMode cheat in this mod, which makes you invincible

I think there should be one that removes all things with unbreakable tag.

Achievements aren't accessible with the API otherwise I would. But there's things I can do to help with them.

Yes, I can do that, but some materials are just not breakable even without the tag
