If this is a misc Valve is gonna get cheap on us, either the wee booties cover this up or the wee booties are invisible.

Valve isn't gonna have that as in one case there's no point in the cosmetic being there while in the other you won't be able to see they have wee booties in the first place.

It sounds dumb and unnoticable but a game dev wouldn't want that.

This could be a primary similar to the wee booties that instead function like the gunboats, with an 80% damage reduction towards yourself at the cost of a gun. However, I do not think this will make it in unless there is a more serious version with a less cartoony aesthetic. similar to the bootlegger being a reskin of the wee booties so that not everybody is running around with skeletons for feets.

This is a bad time as valve is mostly adding cosmetics and not that many weapons.

The only case I think this would be a misc is if the bones went up higher so there could be bony ankles over the wee booties.
