Finger Animation
Don't wanna be naggy about it or anything, but to make the ghostie buddy's animation be more dynamic, mayhaps you'd add some finger animations whenever possible?
Just a suggestion, buddeh

That'd be pretty neat, though I don't know how feasible it is due to the three-bone limit, you'd have to be really crafty about the jigglebones.

Hey, look! A discussion on an item that's actually productive!

I hate it when people make a suggestion just to say "ITEM GOOD PLZ LIKE YES PLZ"

Pretty pointless when they do that... really.
Anyways, thanks for the response, I really look foward to see it work if possible though, hope someone manages it :B

As someone who worked with Jigglebones before, and thinking so deeply about it... It's absolutely possible! Prob-probably... If contributors figured out a way to animate a whole crow, others could easily figure out finger-clenching. I think if they gave the head-bone just a small amount of influence on the finger areas, it could probably have a realistic spooky effect without being totally weird on the model. Of course, I'm no expert, my experience is little.

Thanks for the post :)

I did actually have that in mind to make the fingers move but unfortunately there is a 5 bone limit for jigglebones. One had to be used for the floating movement, so I was thinking due to its small size that more overal movement would be best rather than the fingers. It currently has each arm that moves, the bottom of the cloak, and the tail. But yeah if the bone limit was higher then absolutely!

Okay, so there's a five jiggle bone limit - are jigglebones the only animations allowed on cosmetics? Could you use conventional animations to give him a little constant finger-wriggling, like he's eager to go haunt something?

I dont think they allow for animations on cosmetics. Only jigglebone movement. Would be great to have animation support though.. one day maybe they will.

Hopefully they will, and when they do, you might aswell tried updating the ghostie, right?
Just dreaming here lol
