Joe, Quagmire, Consuela and Brian all spawn as Positive Spirits underground, while Brian can also spawn on the surface, If you kill them with the S.U.M. (Sold by both meg and the travelling merchant) you will get their respective quahog energies and some Positive Quahog Energy

What does the Quahog Energy Chamber do?

You have to bring both negative and positive Quahog Energy to it, and you can craft some special items like Joe's Wheelchair, or Consuela's mop (These require the owner's Quahog Energies) Some also require specific items like Consuela's Mop needs either tissue samples or shadow scales

How do i get the griffins?

Peter Griffin spawns in if you have an empty house, No requirements! Lois will spawn if peter is present, and the kids spawn if both are present (Meg, Stewie and Chris)
