As far as I'm aware, there is no way to obtain the Nuclear Clicker, Gauss Clicker or Wretched Fervor, however these weapons still remain in the game and can even be seen in the Recipe Browser's item browser. Is there something I'm missing or are these just remnants of removed content? (The Wretched Fervor specifically says it's dropped by the Calamitas Clone, yet I spent like 10 minutes in Cheat Sheet opening treasure bags and not once did I get it.)
