Make the animation more fluid
Scout looks very robotic and still in the video, especially on the elbow spin.
Some minor movement here and there to make him look.. alive, would be nice.

Aye, and he's rather stiff at the end. Should bounce a bit more, add some flow.

It is exported in 120fps.. it will be much better ingame than youtube. There is also a chance that valve will tweak it a little before fully adding it as a taunt.

The fps only affects how fast the animation will cycle. Playing it slower won't add subtle movements to make it look more alive.
