part of the animation looks kinda weird

particulary the part when the scout shrugs, hes motionless for a few frames or so. It looks kinda weird and stuff, so maybe you could move his arms slightly to more of emphasize the shrug or just give him a little breathing animation or something

1 question: why cant i see the animation for it or the pool oarty taunt but i can see all the other taunts just fine (im useing toon hud)
