It can be a tuant kill!!
I know it's just a taunt, but what if it was a taunt kill? I'm thinking of stats:
Damage: 30 - 15
Effect on person: No taunting for 25 seconds
Effect on the killer: Weapon switch is +10 faster
Scout's lines [ik its not stats, but idea lines]:
1. "Woo!! Lets dance, sucka!!"
2. "Alright, I got it!"
3. "Yea-uh!!"

Ideas for taunt:

It can replace the Square Dance taunt
It can turned into a wep with the taunt kill
ALL-CLASS!!!!!!

Multi class would ruin the nature of the taunt, its called the BOSTON break dance, and Scout is from boston, also Scout is at the age people do it.
