I only get less than one second of slo mo then it goes normal again?

When i try to keybind it and press the key i bound it to it just removes my sound. It doesn't make it slow mo at all. It worked before but now it doesn't anymore

you already made it so when you press the keybind it alters motion but can you make it so when you press it again it goes back to normal please. typing that over and over again is very annotying
