Mii Brawler Critique!
There's been similar complaints to the character so I"ll review based on how I feel about the character.

Aesthetically: Brawler is extremely faithful to the source material, whether this is a good thing or not is yet to be seen, but nearly all of his moves is directly liked to the original iterations from 4 and ultimate. Aside from Dodgeball* it's nice to play an accurately recreated character especially one i personally enjoyed playing when I did play Ultimate.

Mechanically: Brawler is both extremely strong but extremely one note. Because of how faithful his move are they leave much to be desired, speaking exclusively in terms of Y.O.M.I Hustle. Compared to the Ninja's mobility and every one base characters options and range there's no reason for them to engage with Brawler. Due to their short range and lack of mobility even Ninja and Mutant wouldn't have a hard time to do how far their moves can reach and how good they are mobility wise.

On the other end: ... Brawler's also insanely strong, they lack a bunch of core mechanics that make him extremely oppressive if he does land a hit as he has no true pushback or proper or at-least noticable damage scaling on combos. Under the right setup you can achieve a T-O-D, and that's assuming you're also able to read the opponent's DI well enough *if you manage to do so.* But coupled with how not a lot of his specials and normals are capable of comboing properly into eachother, let alone in a more freeform state, it makes me wonder if this is just a love letter down to the letter or if there's an intent to make it playable in regular matches.

Personal Suggestions: Give Dodgeball more shot put esque mechanics (shot parry, active hurtbox on landing, projectile eating, more pronounced arc.) and provide it drag down for combos, this allows the brawler a more grounded gameplan more thematic to both it's original appearance and gives it a niche otherwise in unique combo routes. Fix the hitboxes and give more movement/movement options to some of his specials and normals... And please move the smash attacks to their regular attacks, I would like to Not have moves I could regularly do be locked behind meter. And of course balance the damage and pushback some of his moves have so it's not as easy to get TODS and other dumb ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ pulled off when he does get in if he ever gets changed.
