Effects
The Minigun have air tubulation,soo this can make the minigun rotate faster then normal,but this abilite cause -25 damage for the first "rotation kill" after you kill the guy you have 5 seconds off bullet faster,yeah,after you kill the guy you have a 5 seconds off bulet faster like a smg x3,but iff you dont kill the guy whit the first "rotation kill" you have low bullet off 10 seconds and damage -10,The Weapon desing is good,and the weapon can make you run a little faster like 5% iff the gun is active,soo thats it (i dont speak english,my bad)

And the Bullet desing can be metheors,and the weapon is active the "air tubulation" make a cicle off air,thats circle off air can extinguisher fire,but this cause -10% off bulet used,like huo long
