Since this is a space weapon maybe it can function like the beggars bazooka where it requires no ammo and fires a lazer like beam that after a certain amount of time spent on someone without any interruptions sets them on fire (Like 2 seconds or 3)
We could balance this with:
20% spin up time
-40% movement speed when spinned up

Idk, it's my first time trying to come up with stats and I just had this pop into my head, I would like if it had an alternate attack that was like the beggars bazooka and it like set pyros on fire or downed buildings for a second but idk, what do you guys think?
