No recruitable elefants

I just checked all the elephant units, they work correctly (same requirements as vanilla). You need the elephant resource and Cavalry Stables or higher.
The Vanilla Enhancement Map changes starting stable levels, you only start out with basic stables and have to build higher ones to recruit elephants.
