Report a translation problem
From testing it, the helicopter always arrived.
There should also be more QRF coming in besides those in the trucks a bit later.

When testing it again, it works and the evac helicopter will come.
Can you give a bit more insight to how you play the mission? Like what objectives did you complete and that sort
I have same problem as @honger. I get defend task, which doesnt complete in about 10 minutes.
I have played 2 times so far, and the defent task hasn't completed both times.
Description of my playthrough:
Dismount from boat, move in and clear electro relay. Kill 2 men patrol between electro relay and first objective.
Move to the first obj, and clear of all enemies. I found pilots, then launched recon drone to spot AA, which I destroyed by 2 HE drones.
I found out, that when I launched first recon drone, sniper team was already moving to hill SW of my position and another 8-10 men team was moving on me from the SE (I thing they are supposed QRF, but they are on foot).
After destroying AA, I moved back to the defend zone, chilled there 10minutes and now I'm writing this.
Other than this bug, mission quite nice, IMHO I would give the marksman suppressor by defauld, and add suppressors for weapons in briefing tab.

About the QRF: It is as designed, the sniper team that is south-west from the position isn’t part as a QRF directly, instead being a “regular” scouting group.
The others (those from Southeast) are coming in by a regular pickup and then dismounting, while the MG version pushes the player. A smaller 6men group will also come in with a sniper team on foot (spawned in more or less).
Regarding the helicopter bug: I don’t have any idea on why the helicopter isn’t appearing, considering that it works fine in the editor. It makes no sense to me. Are you both using the cDLC version or the workshop version for playing the scenario?
And are you running anything else with it?
The marksman will get a suppresor (I just forgot giving him one) and I will add some extra ones in the briefing tab.
I am now putting the delay in a script that is already being executed so that should work better.
BTW QRF linked to the "defend" task is moving on foot as soon as I get eyes on them and armed pickup and Zamak stayed at airport
The one Zamak is at the base as designed (just an ambient thing), another one "spawns" in when the armed pickup reaches the AO. Done a quick change on how it handels.
