Balance ideas
I think everything bagel is badly balanced.
The real strength of this item is quality 4+ which allows for the easiest game breaks ever. And final it has quality 3 and is in item pools like curse room and treasure room. My suggestion is to change the quality to 4 and item pools to just secrets with a weight of 0.5 .
