Sorry mate, I'm afraid this can't be done, for 2 reasons actually : first, Cartel collection is only based on T side weapons... and secondly, M4A4 doesn't offer a large enough area to work with when you consider using patina finish.
But, what I can tell you is that you can expect 2 more incoming weapons in this collection... soon :]

Do you have any future ideas for the Cartel series? I absolutely love the skins, they're very unique and they actually tell a story. Probably one of the only skins to actually look 3D, really great job. Is the Tek 9 a possible candidate for the series? Would the roundness of the barrel make it too hard to work with and not really come out well in your opinion? I'd be very interested to know where you plan to go with this series next. Also, do you make a decent amount of money from the accepted skins in the game if you don't mind me asking?

I'm so hyped to see you guys release these new skins to the workshop, I can't wait.

Tec-9 would be an interesting pick indeed... dualies and scout might be the next on our to do list though ;)
Regarding the money : let just say that Valve is quite fair in this domain and that it's quite encouraging to work hard and do more for this scene...

was just wondering what do you think it would go as blue? purple? covert? and are you going to use gold ? as i think i read somewhere gold is valve restriceted?
but i really hope dullies make it into the game as it would really work.... hope your keep the wood handles tho

If we folllow Valve's logic : cartel collection items go as pink. And, indeed, we can't go "full gold" doing skins since Valve doesn't allow it and keep its use for them only.
Regarding the up-coming dualies now : since I have the feeling that they're probably the most show off pistols in the game, I'll design them accordingly... wood handles might not a be a part of it. But no worry, I think you might like them anyway ^^

I assume you have considered the sawed off as well? I think it and the Mac-10 would make great additions to the collection.
