how can i fix the compendium
My compendium is empty and it doesn't progress throughout the game.

Is there a way to fully unlock it?

There is,go to the savegames foulder in your barony Hc+ copy and open it,inside it there should be compendium_progress file.When you open it put on every entry which has a 0 or other number other than 0 put 4 and that should unlock everything
