Minotaur tries to strafe,going left or right to avoid your shots.That also happens in vanilla,he goes left right left right to make it harder for you to shot him.You can use corridors to make sure he doesnt have any space to evade your spam.

Also in the minotaur maze he moves so damn fast,that its either fight or tank,or slow down and shot
