For Elitecop red mask and elite body mix

You can use this https://developer.valvesoftware.com/wiki/Source_Model_Skin_Editor

with (police.mdl and police_female.mdl i'm not sure elitecop usin which one so i added skin both lol)

for red eye mask; https://gamebanana.com/mods/367764

for elite body; https://gamebanana.com/mods/469772

just make sure usin these textures with "skin 3" make skin 2 same with 1
