OSHA violations
i've been running around and jotting down a few things, I didn't get to everything, I'm lazy, but I was also bored. This place is not osha certified, it needs work.

1. There's tons of snow and ice left all over the walking-working surfaces, including stairs and ramps. This is a no-no under 1910.22(a)(3)

2. Abruptly ending handrails have gotta get fixed. theres no capped ends, nothing, the issue here is that a worker's coat or bag strap or whatever could catch against the handrails. this is a projection hazard under 1910.29(f)(6). also a ton of these stair/ramp combos are wide enough to warrant a center rail and there isn't one. I'm not 100% on whether this is required, but if I was designing this, I would've added it.

3. ramps are covered in snow, with no visible markings or edge protections. ADA would not be happy here, you need titanium arms to push yourself up the ramps if you have a wheelchair.

4. icicles over entrances are a big hazard, 15 people in the US die each year from icicle related accidents, lets lower that number to 0. 1910.28(c).

5. At the snowman side entrance, on the inside (the exit right by the corridor), the two doors open right over the stairs and ramp, partially blocking both, as well as the rails. This is a clearance violation under 1910.25(b)(5)(ii) which says door swings can't reduce the usable landing depth below 22 inches. If the door swing goes OVER the platform edge you've blown past that.

6. at the loading dock, the truck's back wheels aren't chocked, they are supposed to be under 1910.178(k)(1), also there's a pallet jack partly blocking the drive lane, which is a collision or trip hazard under 1910.176(a).

7. the entire garage's ground is cracked, depending on the depth of the cracks, they may be trip hazards, which fall under 1910.22(a)(3).

8. the exit ramp/stair leading to the parking area have completely missing railing on the last stretch, which is a massive 1910.29(a)(1) violation. there should also be a curb between the ramp and the stairs to ensure wheelchair wheels dont fall into the stair steps, and some side pillars awkwardly block the stair path.

9. a ton of these ramps are at a 1:2 slope, which is a 50% grade, which is not legal under ADA 405.2.

10. clear the damn snow, the entire exterior is a slipping hazard.

anyways, good map.

Also missing fire alarm buttons. And the one fire alarm pull station has a height of 50.94 inches, but NFPA 72 requires that it is installed under 48.5 inches. There should be a pull station within 5 feet of exit doors. Exit paths must be indicated by signs (1910.37(b)(4)) if the path is not obvious, which it isn't.
