Other good thing, is that he have a advenced bone feature on it. Which means that a addon who's theory can't merge it can be fixed... But in counter part he don't follow the model when we use the ragdoll mover tool.
And another con, is if you have a dupe made it once with the other bonemerge tool it's don't save it.
EDIT: thanks to a friend, i know now it's possible for the merged addon can be move with ragdoll thanks to the target bone feature. My bad. ^^'

For some reason one collar bone essentially tries to merge with the other and it's stuck that way, not to mention this

Now granted I have the enhanced physics for TF2 models, but as far as I know that shouldn't affect anything? Have an Engineer who similarly has a weird collarbone.
Maybe I'm missing something, but seems that duping it causes some weird physics to occur
