Hungry Hive 1 and 2, Stinky Xenophobic State, Stinky State 1 and 2.
Those ones are missing a bracket.

Found a typo in 00_empire_names.txt, line 2238,
Galatic > Galactic

Hivemind Pre-FTL will be an unnamed empire. I have also observed that an empire with a "Pirate Haven" (gov_pirate_haven) will also be an unnamed empire.
